I am soooo lucky to have received a stunning little cut out smocked leopard print dress from the lovely Tara of SWANclothing. She makes all sorts of incredible totes and clothes. You must check out her etsy shop and blog! I've admired her amazing creations for some time now. I feel truly honored to own a piece. I must admit I was secretly coveting this very dress, thinking of how I would wear it. Thank you so much Tara for making such amazing clothes and thinking of me! This dress is absolutely perfect for summer. You can wear it so many ways. How amazing are the side cutout ties! I can't think of a better outfit to wear tonight for Bloody Marys and Bruno :)

Love Japan Town!

I never miss a chance to visit Japan town when we are in San Francisco. They have the yummiest food, coolest art supplies and awesome book/ magazine section.

What's better than a Vodka Martini after a day of site seeing and shopping....

One of my guilty pleasures is sitting through a long drawn out anime series. I can't get over how incredibility detailed and gorgeous Japanese animation is and the story arcs are so addicting you can't get enough! So how cool is this months Vogue Nippon with their manga issue? The minute I heard about it I knew I had to have it. The phenomenal Anna dello russo stars in her own mini manga. Fashion giants Anna Wintour, Carine Roitfeld, Suzy Menkes all make an appearance in some crazy drama that I can't read. But it looks juicy! Hopefully someone will translate it.

Too much love

Here are some photos from my April LA trip with my best friend of 13 yrs (yikes)! I totally forgot about these since my computer fried when I got back. Obviously I salvaged my data and have a new one. Michael lives in New York and is a anxiously awaiting my arrival later in the year. But for now we see each other a couple times a year. This always involves us driving to LA for a fun filled week of all our favorite food and bars. We used to live in the Los Feliz/Silverlake area a few years back.

We're both fond of toothy creatures so we had to stop into the Stella McCartney boutique. The windows were hilarious that day!

After a super long day of billions of haircuts (he's a hair stylist) we dragged our raveonous bodies to Casita Del Campo in Silverlake.

They have the best chimichanga in the world.

We absolutely cannot leave LA with having Wako. Wako Donkasu is a Korean restarant on wilshire that we often dream about. The pork cutlet is sooo good!
